Rwanda Workforce Development Authority (RWoDA) is mandated to promote, facilitate and guide the development and upgrading of skills and competencies of the national workforce, ultimately enhancing competitiveness and employability.
Rwanda Workforce Development Authority is an institutional framework to provide a strategic response to the skills development challenges facing the country across all sectors of the economy.
RwoDA also manages the Rwanda Labour Market Information System (LMIS) that has relevant information on employment by sector, youth unemployment, unemployment, employment to population ratio, labour force participation rate and Unemployment by educational attainment.
