More HIV-positive Rwandans will know how effective their antiretroviral treatment is due to a second testing facility and newer technology made available this December. The increased capacity means that the majority of patients who have not been getting the recommended regular viral-load test access it.

Some twenty-one (21) supposed foreigners on Thursday sat for a written examination which could eventually lead them to becoming Rwandan nationals. Those who had the exam today included a Pakistani family who say their grandfather arrived in Rwanda in 1921.
